How long does closing take?

We aim to close within two weeks of you signing the purchase agreement and will send a notary to your home for a remote closing. Complex properties or title issues found during the title search could delay this process.

I received an offer from you but it seems low for my area, what gives?

When we purchase a property we have to pay an amount that allows us to cover our costs and make a small profit, just like any business. Our costs include paying to clean up the property, photograph the property with drones, list and market the property, find qualified sellers, pay realtors, and often arrange financing. Selling land is a bit different than selling a home since banks don't generally land on vacant land. We simplify this and remove all of these costs and complexity to get you cash quickly and for that we have to pay less than what you might see on zillow.

Do we need to meet in person to complete the purchase?

We do all of our deals remotely so you don't even need to leave your house. We often don't even need to visit the land before purchasing it. Sometimes for more expensive or complex properties we'll send someone to walk the property as part of our due dilligence.
